This Privacy Policy explains how the mixed reality game BubbleBreak (the “App”) handles information. The App is published by Nestinghigh sp. z o.o. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). BubbleBreak lets users pop virtual bubbles around them in a real-world XR environment using supported XR hardware.

2) Scope

This policy applies to the BubbleBreak application distributed through Google Play or installed as an Android package on supported XR devices.

3) Information We Collect

Currently, we do not collect, store, sell, or transmit personal data. The App does not include advertising, analytics SDKs, social login, cloud saves, online leaderboards, or our own external servers.

Gameplay state, scores, mode preferences, and similar game settings may be stored locally on the device only. This local data is used to operate the game and is not sent to us.

4) XR, Camera, Spatial, and Hand Tracking Data

BubbleBreak uses XR device features such as head tracking, hand tracking, and spatial positioning so that virtual bubbles, menus, and gameplay indicators can appear in mixed reality and react to the user’s hands. Depending on the device and operating system, the XR platform or SDK may process camera, sensor, hand, or spatial information locally to provide tracking.

We do not receive this camera, hand tracking, head tracking, or spatial mapping data, and we do not upload it to external servers. Any platform-level processing is handled by the device, operating system, or XR SDK according to their own terms and privacy practices.

5) Permissions

The App may request permissions required by the XR device to run mixed reality gameplay, such as camera, tracking, or related XR permissions. These permissions are used only to enable local gameplay features: detecting hands, tracking head movement, and positioning virtual bubbles and UI elements in the user’s environment.

6) Children’s Privacy

The App is designed without online data collection. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If future versions add online functionality, we will update this policy and apply appropriate safeguards and consent mechanisms where required.

7) Data Retention

Because we do not collect personal data, we do not retain personal data. Local scores, progress, or settings may remain on the device until the user clears app data or uninstalls the App.

8) Third-Party Services

The App uses platform and XR SDK components required to run on supported hardware. At this time, we do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or account services. If this changes, we will update this policy before or at the time such functionality is released.

9) International Transfers

We do not transfer personal data internationally because we do not collect personal data. If future online features introduce personal data processing, we will implement appropriate safeguards and update this policy.

10) Security

We minimize data processing by keeping gameplay local. If online features are introduced in the future, we will use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user information.

11) Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the EU GDPR, users may have rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. At this time, we do not process personal data. If this changes, we will provide appropriate ways to exercise these rights.

12) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect new features, legal requirements, or platform changes. The current version will be published with an updated effective date.
