Privacy Policy - VITURE 360 Gallery

Effective date: 2026-07-27

This Privacy Policy explains how VITURE 360 Gallery (the “App”) handles information. The App is published by Nestinghigh sp. z o.o. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The App lets users browse and view their own 2D, 3D, 180°, and 360° photos and videos on Android phones and supported VITURE XR hardware.

2) Scope

This policy applies to the VITURE 360 Gallery application distributed through Google Play or installed as an Android package on supported phones and XR devices.

3) Information We Collect

Currently, we do not collect, store on our servers, sell, or transmit personal data or the user’s media. The App does not include advertising, analytics SDKs, social login, cloud saves, online galleries, or our own external servers.

Display preferences and similar App settings may be stored locally on the device only. This local data is used to operate the App and is not sent to us.

4) Photos, Videos, Files, and Removable Storage

With the user’s permission or explicit file selection, the App can read supported photos and videos from the Android media library, device folders, cloud or document providers made available by Android, and removable storage such as a USB drive.

Media selected by the user is processed and displayed locally on the device. The App does not upload photos or videos to Nestinghigh or to our servers. Android may create local thumbnails, and the App may temporarily copy a selected file into its private cache to decode or play it. Cached previews and temporary copies remain on the device and may be replaced, deleted by the App or operating system, cleared by the user, or removed when the App is uninstalled. The App does not modify or delete the user’s original media.

5) XR, Camera, Sensors, and Hand Tracking Data

On supported VITURE hardware, the App uses head tracking, hand tracking, and spatial positioning to present media and controls in XR. On phones, it may use device orientation and motion sensors to control the view. Depending on the device, the XR platform or SDK may process camera, sensor, hand, head, or spatial information locally to provide these features.

Camera permission on supported XR devices is used for local hand tracking. The App does not record camera imagery, and we do not receive or upload camera frames, hand tracking data, head tracking data, motion data, or spatial mapping data.

6) Permissions

The App may request access to photos, videos, files, camera, sensors, or related XR features. These permissions are used only for user-requested local functions: listing and opening media, generating thumbnails, tracking device orientation, detecting hands, tracking head movement, and positioning media or UI elements. Permissions can be managed in Android system settings.

7) Children’s Privacy

The App is designed without online data collection. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If future versions add online functionality, we will update this policy and apply appropriate safeguards and consent mechanisms where required.

8) Data Retention

Because we do not collect personal data or user media, we do not retain them on our servers. Local settings, thumbnails, or temporary media copies may remain on the device until cleared, replaced, removed by the operating system, or deleted with the App.

9) Third-Party Services

The App uses Android platform components and VITURE XR SDK components required to access device media and operate on supported hardware. We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or account services. Platform and SDK providers may process technical information according to their own terms and privacy policies, including the VITURE Privacy Policy and applicable Google/Android policies.

10) International Transfers

We do not transfer personal data internationally because we do not collect personal data. If future online features introduce personal data processing, we will implement appropriate safeguards and update this policy.

11) Security

We minimize data processing by keeping media viewing and XR processing local. Access to media is controlled by Android permissions and user file selections. If online features are introduced in the future, we will use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user information.

12) Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the EU GDPR, users may have rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. At this time, we do not receive or process personal data from the App. Local App data can be managed through Android settings or removed by uninstalling the App.

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect new features, legal requirements, or platform changes. The current version will be published with an updated effective date.
